    Return Policy Refund and Replacement Policies


    If upon receipt your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

    Contact us within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Our store does not accept returns, once an item is received it cannot be returned.

    • CHANGES

    Send us an email indicating your concern and attach an image of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order for a replacement by model, size or refund. Note: Our team will inspect/verify photos before issuing a replacement.

    The product must not be used, must not have been modified and must be in perfect condition, and must also contain the original labels, accessories and packaging. The return request must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

    The shipping value must be assumed by the customer when the change represents a decision outside the size policies and/or factory imperfections.


    We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:

    Items are defective, damaged/broken or dirty At the arrived. (That is, at the time you receive the product)

    Packages that are lost in transit (As long as you have provided all the information correctly and an error is evident on our part or the carrier)

    We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). (That is why you have 48 hours to report the order)

    Note: Maison Botter is not responsible for lost or incorrectly sent packages.

    Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss in the mail or other mishaps. International customer must provide phone number.

    RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

    We are not responsible for packages that are returned to the sender.

    Customers are advised to enter correct addresses carefully; otherwise the package will not be delivered.

    Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repackage, relabel and resend it; However, you should understand that doing so requires additional cost. The processing and shipping cost is usually half of the order total...so be careful with the information you provide.

    If you believe that you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error.

    Cancellation policy

    Can I cancel my order(s)? Yeah. Cancellations must be made within 8 hours of placing the order.

    Send us an email within 8 hours and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 8 hour window and/or due to the reason of standard shipping.

    Please note that our standard shipping is published in the description of each product, so all customers should be aware of this before placing an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects in the customer's bank account.

    Maison Botter reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
