Warranty policy

The following are not guarantee reasons:

Return Policy Refund and Replacement Policies


If upon receipt your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

Contact us within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item is received it cannot be returned.

The product must not be used, must not have been modified and must be in perfect condition, and must also contain the original labels, accessories and packaging. The return request must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.


We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
